Thompson Industrial Services Completes Another Successful Summer of Boot Camps

In 2007, Thompson Industrial Services instituted Crew Leader Boot Camp to hone the skills of its Operations, Safety, and Sales Leadership.  Since inception, approximately 250 employees have cycled through this three day, regimented course.  This summer alone, 70 employees graduated from Boot Camp which was held at Santee State Park on the banks of Lake Marion in Santee, South Carolina.  Employees from eight states attended.  Over 1700 man hours of training were delivered in this summer’s sessions.  The main focus of the training was safety policies and procedures, blast/vacuum technical training, customer satisfaction, and leadership development.  Of course, a little fun was  thrown in to insure team building and camaraderie.  Crew Leader Boot Camp is yet another example of Thompson Industrial Services’ commitment to its core beliefs of Safety, Quality, and Integrity.
